The Society has a formal procedure for dealing with requests for re-assessments and and the resolution of disputes and complaints.
All matters involving examinations are dealt with first by the Examinations Administration Board. The Board's decisions are subject to appeal to the General Council. The re-assessment procedure is described on the form Request for Re-assessment of an Examination Paper.
The General Council deals with complaints about all other matters.
